Hatco HDW-1 Description
Ideal for low-volume applications, the Hatco HDW-1 freestanding drawer warmer accommodates one 12 3⁄4-inch-wide by 20 3⁄4-inch-deep by 6-inch-high food pan, which is included with this unit. This standard-width unit facilitates pan removal, and its heavy-duty drawer slides out smoothly on nylon rollers. This rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel unit is simple to wipe clean to maintain a sanitary warming station, and it measures 29 1⁄2 inches wide by 22 5⁄8 inches deep by 11 inches high—compatible with countertop use.
A correlating individual thermostatic control enables operators to adjust temperatures in the Hatco HDW-1 drawer warmer's cavity to accommodate various foods. Simple to start up, it's equipped with a power switch, and a temperature monitor provides an accurate readout so operators can ensure foods are held at safe temperatures. To save energy and reduce heat loss, the drawer's top, bottom, and sides are insulated, and adjustable sliding vents help reduce moisture buildup that could impact food quality.
