For short-term holding of boxed to-go orders, food pans, or hors d'oeuvres, the Hatco HBGB-3018 heated black glass shelf's surface temperature can be adjusted from 100 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit with its thermostatic control. Once temperature levels are set using the unit's control box, its ceramic glass surface uniformly distributes heat to reduce temperature fluctuations that could affect food quality. When the unit is in use, its power rocker switch illuminates so staff can easily determine its power status for safety and assurance.
Because the Hatco HBGB-3018 heated glass shelf fits a metallic countertop cutout, it provides a sleek, cohesive look with preexisting serving lines. Its 31 5⁄8-inch-wide by 19 5⁄8-inch-deep structure lends ample holding space, while its ceramic glass construction comes in black to seamlessly coordinate with many decorative settings.
