To ensure hors d'oeuvres and to-go meals are held at safe serving temperatures, this Hatco HBG-3618 heated glass shelf's temperature can be modified from 100 to 195 degrees Fahrenheit. Its ceramic glass surface distributes heat evenly for uniform results, while its food-safe construction lets users place foods directly on its surface. When this warmer is in use, its on/off rocker switch glows to inform employees the surface is hot.
Sized for placement on buffet lines, pass-through stations, or self-service areas, the Hatco HBG-3618 portable heated glass shelf measures 36 3⁄10 inches wide by 18 3⁄10 inches deep by 6 3⁄20 inches tall. It's positioned on 4-inch legs that elevate its presence on serving lines while enabling users to clean beneath the unit. To complement established decorative themes, its ceramic surface comes in sleek, neutral black, and operators can choose from a stainless steel, Designer black, or Designer white mounting-ring trim.
