Hatco GRSSR-20 Description
With its 20-inch-diameter by 2 29⁄50-inch-tall design, this Hatco GRSSR-20 Glo-Ray® heated shelf is great for pizza and hors d'oeuvres. Its Swanstone® construction is food safe, so items can be placed directly on its surface to enhance presentation. To complement established decorative themes, this unit sports an upscale black design that provides a neutral backdrop.
Intended for short-term holding, the Hatco GRSSR-20 heated shelf's temperature can be modified between 100 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Staff can adjust its temperature with the thermostat to ensure contents are held at safe serving temperatures, and as the thermostat is adjusted, its blanket-type heating element evenly distributes heat across the surface to minimize cold spots. Because its on/off rocker switch illuminates when the unit is on, users determine the power status of the unit.
