For a sleek, minimalist presentation of hors d'oeuvres and pizza, the Hatco GRSSR-18 Glo-Ray® heated simulated stone shelf's Swanstone® construction is food safe, meaning contents can be placed directly on its surface. This 18-inch-diameter by 2 29⁄50-inch-diameter unit is black to establish a neutral backdrop and match a variety of decorative themes. When it needs to be repositioned on buffet lines or self-service stations, this portable warmer can be removed.
For short-term holding, the Hatco GRSSR-18 heated shelf can be adjusted between 100 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit as holding requirements change. Its blanket-type heating element disperses heat evenly across its circular surface to ensure contents are held at safe serving temperatures.
