Designed for built-in countertop installation, the Hatco GRSSB-3618 warming shelf is connected to a remote control box with a 3-foot conduit. It can be set to a temperature between 100 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and operators can adjust these levels according to various needs with precise thermostatic controls. Overall, this unit measures 37 5⁄8 inches wide by 19 5⁄8 inches deep by 2 27⁄100 inches high.
For uniform heat distribution and optimal product quality during extended holding periods, the Hatco GRSSB-3618 heated shelf is built with a blanket-type heating element.
