Hatco GRSBF-36-F Description
Because of it's built-in, flush-top design, the Hatco GRSBF-36-F Glo-Ray® heated shelf creates a seamless, streamlined look on existing countertops and buffet lines. Its smooth, durable hard-coated aluminum surface eases cleaning while resisting corrosion and wear through frequent use. This 37 1⁄2-inch-wide by 17-inch-deep by 2 1⁄4-inch-high unit has a 3⁄4-inch flanged edge that enables installation in a 36 3⁄4-inch-wide by 16 1⁄4-inch-deep surface. Mounting brackets are included to simplify and expedite setup.
To maintain safe serving temperatures, staff can modify the Hatco GRSBF-36-F built-in heated shelf's thermostat as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Its blanket-type foil element distributes warmth evenly across the surface, while fiberglass insulation preserves that heat near the top of the unit to extend holding time. Since its on/off rocker switch illuminates when the shelf is on, staff can quickly determine the unit's power status.
