Hatco GRHW-2P Description
So employees can comfortably clean the surface beneath it, the Hatco GRHW-2P hors d'oeuvre warmer is fitted with 4-inch legs. Overall, it measures 43 1⁄4 inches wide by 16 3⁄10 inches deep by 20 3⁄4 inches high. To provide an unobstructed view of food while protecting it from contaminants, it's equipped with buffet-style sneeze guards, so this unit is ideal for self-serve restaurants, medical facilities, university cafeterias, and hotel lobbies.
The Hatco GRHW-2P buffet warmer is designed for placement on a countertop and comes with two food pans. Operators can quickly power the unit off and on with a lighted rocker switch, and to enhance the product display, it's built with shatter-resistant incandescent lighting. For optimal holding, this unit utilizes a thermostatically controlled heated base and prefocused infrared top heat.
