Hatco GRCMW-1D Description
Xenon lights illuminate the Hatco GRCMW-1D Glo-Ray® curved merchandising warmer to grab customers' attention at point-of-sale areas in convenience stores, hotels, or restaurants. This dual-shelf unit features a front polycarbonate access door and two side glass enclosures for a full cabinet view. To protect items displayed on the top shelf from airborne particulates, an upper sneeze guard is built onto the unit's top section. This 26-inch-wide by 20 1⁄25-inch-deep by 26 13⁄16-inch-high cabinet features a black finish to match established decorative themes, while its mirrored back panel creates a neutral backdrop.
This Hatco GRCMW-1D merchandising warmer's two shelves hold prepared foods at safe serving temperatures for long periods of time. Both shelves have separate thermostatically controlled heated bases to hold food at specific temperatures so various foods can be held at different temperatures simultaneously. The top shelf measures 22 3⁄4 inches wide by 12 37⁄100 inches deep and accommodates two half-size food pans or one full-size pan; the bottom shelf is 22 3⁄4 inches wide by 15 31⁄50 inches deep and can hold two half-size pans. For one-touch operation, this system is equipped with a master rocker switch.
