Hatco GRBW-72 Description
To illuminate available products, the Hatco GRBW-72 buffet warmer is fitted with five incandescent, shatter-resistant light bulbs. For additional visibility while shielding food from airborne germs, it features buffet-style plexiglass sneeze guards. This unit is ideal for self-service applications in university cafeterias, medical facilities, or hotel breakfast bars and is designed for countertop placement.
The Hatco GRBW-72 buffet warmer features a heated base that's thermostatically controlled and has a temperature range of 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. To further optimize holding and reduce cold spots and temperature loss near the outer edges, it's equipped with prefocused infrared lighting. This unit is mounted on 4-inch legs and measures 73 inches wide by 22 1⁄2 inches deep by 20 3⁄4 inches high.
