Hatco GRBW-60 Description
The Hatco GRBW-60 buffet warmer is equipped with plexiglass sneeze guards to protect product from airborne particles without obstructing visibility. It features a heated base with thermostatic controls that can be adjusted between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit for optimal holding of various menu items. To enhance the product display, this unit is outfitted with five incandescent lights that have shatter-resistant coated bulbs to reduce breaking risks.
As a countertop unit, the Hatco GRBW-60 buffet warmer measures 61 inches wide by 22 1⁄2 inches deep by 20.75 inches high. It accommodates four 12 3⁄4-inch by 20 3⁄4-inch food pans and is ideal for self-service at a hotel breakfast bar or wedding venue. To minimize temperature loss, it features prefocused infrared heating that directs heat to the unit's outer edges, and to simplify cleaning beneath the unit, it's raised on 4-inch legs.
