Hatco GRBW-30 Description
Because this Hatco GRBW-30 Glo-Ray® buffet warmer measures 31 inches wide by 22 1⁄2 inches deep by 17 3⁄4 inches high, it suits temporary countertop placement at event venues or buffet stations. Its buffet-style configuration enables guests to serve themselves, while incandescent lights illuminate displayed food to improve visibility and enhance presentation. Clear plexiglass sneeze guards shield contents from airborne particulates, and their transparent design doesn't obstruct customer views. To fit most interiors, its clear anodized aluminum finish provides a neutral, versatile color.
The Hatco GRBW-30 countertop buffet warmer accommodates two full-size food pans for low-volume applications. Operators can modify the hard-coated base's temperature from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, while the top-mounted heating element directs elevated temperatures toward the holding surface's outer edges to reduce heat loss. Together, these heating systems eliminate cold spots that could otherwise impact food quality.
