Hatco GR2BW-60 Description
As a pass-thru unit, the Hatco GR2BW-60 buffet warmer provides access to product from either side. Because it measures 66 1⁄4 inches wide by 27 inches deep by 22 inches high, it fits on a countertop, and it accommodates four 12 3⁄4-inch by 20 3⁄4-inch pans or a greater number of smaller-sized pans. To keep food warm until it's served, its heated base is adjustable from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and its infrared top heat is prefocused to guide heat outward to prevent temperature loss.
The Hatco GR2BW-60 countertop buffet warmer is made of hard-coated aluminum that resists corrosion and provides enough strength to suit it for everyday use. The lightbulbs are shatter resistant to prevent food contamination and brighten the display to draw customers' attention. Acrylic sneeze guards are attached to both sides of the unit to protect foods from airborne particles.
