Hatco FSHC-7-1 Description
Ideal for high-volume operations, the Hatco FSHC-7-1 Flav-R-Savor® mobile holding cabinet can keep prepared food warm until served. Insulation in the walls keeps warm temperatures inside, and water can be added to the reservoir to keep the cabinet humid. Using thermostatic controls, the temperatures in the unit can be adjusted and monitored on its digital display. Users can locate products before opening the door since it has a glass window.
To aid in transportation, this unit has large swivel casters that lock, so it can be stationary when needed. Inside the Hatco FSHC-7-1 heated cabinet, sheet pans or hotel pans can be placed on the seven slides to hold food. Each slide is adjustable and can accommodate an 18-inch by 26-inch pan or a 12-inch by 20-inch pan. Since the door is reversible, this unit can fit into various layouts.
