Hatco FSHC-17W2D Description
For pass-thru operation, the Hatco FSHC-17W2D insulated mobile heated cabinet has two Dutch doors on both sides of the cabinet to streamline product access for quick operation. The cabinet is fully insulated to preserve food temperatures, and it's made of stainless steel—a durable metal that won't rust or corrode and stands up well to frequent use. Users can relocate the unit from the kitchen to the dining room with its 5-inch casters.
The Hatco FSHC-17W2D full-height heated cabinet can be monitored on a digital display. If the temperature needs to be adjusted, employees can utilize electronic controls to set it within the range of 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Universal slides are positioned inside the cabinet and adjustable in 1 1⁄2-inch increments. These 3-in. on-center slides can accommodate as many as 17 sheet pans or 34 steam table pans.
