Hatco FSHC-17W2D Description
The Hatco FSHC-17W2D full-height heated cabinet is constructed of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel and is fully insulated to preserve heat and energy. Its 3-inch centered, universal slides can be adjusted in 1 1⁄2-inch increments to suit numerous applications, and these slides can accommodate as many as 17 sheet pans or 34 steam table pans. This unit has a digital display for temperature monitoring, and electronic controls permit adjustment between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
For mobility, the Hatco FSHC-17W2D insulated heated cabinet includes 5-inch casters. While the cabinet is being loaded and unloaded, two of the casters can be locked to prevent the structure from rolling. To facilitate product retrieval, two Dutch doors are built on both sides of the cabinet, which measures 25 19⁄20 inches wide by 35 1⁄10 inches deep by 73 3⁄5 inches high.
