Hatco FSHACH-2PT Description
As a pass-thru unit, the Hatco FSHACH-2PT dual-service heated display case can be accessed from either side through doorless openings. Its two tiers of slides can hold one full-size sheet pan each, which could be used to hold hamburger patties, chicken, and baked potatoes. This unit can also accommodate wrapped ribs, burritos, and sandwiches. Humidified heat is pushed downward through ducts above the openings to form a heat curtain, ensuring food is held at temperatures between 80 and 175 degrees Fahrenheit.
The Hatco FSHACH-2PT countertop heated display case's water reservoir refills automatically for continuous use. The perforated back wall circulates heat evenly to hold product at uniform temperatures, and with its stainless steel construction, this unit is durable and resistant to rust and corrosion. Its black powder-coat finish won't peel or chip to maintain a clean appearance over time.
