Hatco FR2-9B Rethermalizer w/ Electronic Temperature Monitor, 9 kW, 240/3 V

The Hatco FR2-9B bain marie heater can be installed below a bain marie or food rethermalizer to heat or hold foods by providing temperature-controlled water using free-flow technology. With electronic controls, the temperature can be adjusted from 140 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, and it's monitorable on a digital display to ensure accuracy. This unit measures 7 3⁄4 inches wide by 17 1⁄16 inches deep by 12 9⁄25 inches high.

After use, the Hatco FR2-9B rethermalizer heater can be cleaned easily with its built-in drain outlet. Constructed of stainless steel, the front is rust and corrosion resistant, and the body is powder coated to maintain its appearance by resisting peeling, flaking, and chipping. Its low-water cutoff feature prevents overheating, while its spiral heating elements aren't submerged in water for protection against sediment and lime buildup.
