Hatco FR2-9B Description
The Hatco FR2-9B Hydro-Heater food rethermalizer heater features a powder-coated body with a strong stainless steel front that resists rust, corrosion, and peeling. If the unit runs dry, it shuts off automatically to prevent overheating. The heating element is wrapped around the flow tube's exterior to prevent direct water contact and sediment buildup. For cleaning, this unit includes a drain outlet for water removal after use.
By providing temperature-controlled water to a top-mounted food rethermalizer or bain marie, the Hatco FR2-9B food rethermalizer heater is great for heating or holding foods. It utilizes free-flow technology for optimal operation and can be adjusted from 140 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. For accurate monitoring, its digital display provides a constant temperature readout, and this unit measures 7 3⁄4 inches wide by 17 1⁄16 inches deep by 12 9⁄25 inches high.
