Hatco FR2-6 Description
The Hatco FR2-6 food rethermalizer heater warms water for a top-mounted food rethermalizer or bain marie and automatically shuts off when water is depleted. This unit is great for heating and holding foods with its highly efficient free-flow technology, and water temperature can be adjusted from 140 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit with electronic controls. For cleaning, its drain outlet rids the unit of water after use. Built with a digital display, it enables users to monitor the water temperature for accuracy.
Sized for use with a bain marie, the Hatco FR2-6 Hydro-Heater food rethermalizer measures 7 3⁄4 inches wide by 17 1⁄16 inches deep by 12 9⁄25 inches high. Because it’s powder coated, its body is peel, chip, and flake resistant, while its stainless steel front enhances durability. Its tubular water heater has a spiral heating element wrapped outside the flow tube to protect the elements from direct exposure to water.
