To keep food warm and preserve its original texture for hours, the Hatco FDWD-1X Flav-R-Fresh® impulse display cabinet combines controlled moisture and heat. Programmed moisture and heat create a blanket around displayed food, eliminating cold spots and retaining freshness. Because the heat and humidity controls are separate, crisp and moist food can be held in appropriate environments. Users can adjust heating and humidity using the top-mounted controls, and electronic displays provide an accurate temperature readout. The water reservoir also is located at the top so operators can replenish water levels.

For front-of-house applications, the Hatco FDWD-1X table top hot food display features a clear tempered glass door and sides so guests have a direct view of merchandised foods, such as pretzels, bagels, and hot dogs. Energy-efficient LED lighting highlights foods to increase impulse purchases while protecting displayed foods from breaking bulbs. The cabinet's four-shelf multipurpose rack merchandises various foods efficiently, and its stationary design provides a consistent view. Intended for countertop use, this model measures 19 39⁄100 inches wide by 20 43⁄50 inches deep by 28 41⁄50 inches high.
