Hatco CDW-3N Description
For products that don't require humidity during long-term holding, the Hatco CDW-3N convected drawer warmer uses a low-velocity convected air system to distribute dry heat evenly throughout the cabinet's three drawers. Users can adjust temperatures with the digital electronic controller to ensure foods are fresh, hot, and crisp for serving. Because the cabinet is fully insulated, it maximizes energy efficiency and minimizes temperature fluctuations in cool environments.
The Hatco CDW-3N drawer warmer sports a narrow 16.63-inch width to fit compact kitchens and is divided into three drawers to prevent flavor contamination. All drawers are mounted on heavy-duty drawer slides with nylon rollers and angled solid chrome handles for streamlined opening and closing. Each drawer accommodates a 12.75-inch by 20.75-inch food pan or a 12.75-inch by 20.75-inch by 6-inch-high perforated food pan, and each drawer includes one 6-inch-deep food pan. To simplify transport between the kitchen and serving areas, this warmer is furnished with four 2-inch low-profile casters.
