Along with a 6-gallon capacity and operating on with a 3 phase system, this hot water heater has the compelling performance quintessential for any professional kitchen. Cease waiting time with just-washed dishes to dry or worrying about sanitation conditions because this hot water heater provides the 180 F final rinse water necessary to sanitize and flash-dry dishes. A temperature/pressure relief valve allows for phenomenal control and monitoring. To counteract element burnout the electric booster water heater has a low-water cut-off and fiberglass insulation. The front panel and the powder-coated silver-gray hammer-tone body, gives this water heater provides style as well as durability.
