Attaching standard plumbing fittings, the unit heats water to 180 degrees Fahrenheit with a 30-minute preheat period to uphold sanitation standards. It works best with incoming water that has less than 3 grains of hardness per gallon since water with an increased hardness quality can hinder the unit’s operation. To support user needs, it supplies continuous rinse water to the sink, while an energy cut-off turns the unit off when water temperature gets too high. With its dual reservoir design, it keeps the heater submerged in one reservoir while collecting soil buildup in the other.

Structured for sink areas as small as 19 inches wide and as large as 21 inches wide, the Hatco 3CS-6 sink heater works best with three- or four-compartment sinks, pot and pan sinks, and bar sinks. For durability, it features a stainless steel front, silver body, and side drain that empties used water. Users can easily activate the heater with the power on/off switch, which has a yellow light to indicate when the unit is on. A red indicator light notifies the operator when the heater needs to be refilled with water and reset for desired results, and overall, it has a 6 3⁄4-inch width, 16 7⁄8-inch depth, and 12 5⁄8-inch height.
