Hatco 3CS2-4 Description
Built for sanitizing rinse water, the Hatco 3CS2-4 Hydro-Heater sink heater fits beneath 16- to 18-inch square sink areas in three- or four-compartment sinks, pot and pan sinks, and bar sinks. Using a patented “free flow” system, it circulates hot water by natural convection to maintain a consistent 180 degrees Fahrenheit rinse temperature. The heating elements are wrapped around the outside of the flow tube, reducing sediment and lime buildup for extended service life. An electronic controller monitors and maintains the setpoint temperature for responsive and efficient operation.
The Hatco 3CS2-4 Hydro-Heater features a stainless steel front and powder-coated body for durability in busy kitchen environments. A low-water cut-off system helps prevent damage from dry operation, while a drain outlet and clean-out caps support regular upkeep. Compact in design, this heater installs beneath the sink center and connects to standard plumbing fittings for straightforward setup.
