Victorinox 5.3763.20-X5 Description
With its straight blade, the Victorinox - Swiss Army 5.3763.20-X5 flexible boning knife can be used to create simple cuts of soft poultry and fish. This 8-inch-long blade's high-carbon steel construction is harder than stainless steel yet simpler to resharpen; it's also better at maintaining a sharp edge throughout its use. Because the blade is flexible, it's imperative the Fibrox® nylon handle provides a secure grip, which it does with its nonslip surface.
