Victorinox 5.5903.11 Description

Intended to debone poultry, the Victorinox - Swiss Army 5.5903.11 (41812) boning knife's straight blade is 4 1⁄2 inches long and has a pointed tip that can be used to puncture cuts of meat. Although this high-carbon steel blade is harder than stainless steel, it's easier to sharpen, so it can be resharpened frequently without affecting its shape or performance. Its small Fibrox® Pro handle reduces the risk of slippage when users slice into chicken.
