Victorinox 5.5503.18 Description
The Victorinox - Swiss Army 5.5503.18 (41511) flank knife measures 7 inches long—ideal for cutting flank steaks. This high-carbon steel utensil has a pointed tip at the end of its straight-edge blade and can be resharpened as needed. Harder than stainless steel, it's durable enough to cut through tough cuts of meat repeatedly. For improved control when slicing thick meat, this sticking knife's slip-resistant Fibrox® Pro handle provides a secure grip.
