Victorinox 5.6023.15 Description

To prevent meat from sticking to the sides of the Victorinox - Swiss Army 5.6023.15 (40812) boning knife's blade, its granton edge features hollowed-out grooves. This straight, stiff blade can be used to detach tough cuts of meat from bones, and its pointed tip can puncture and lift said meat. Its high-carbon steel construction is strong enough to withstand daily use in commercial kitchens, and its edge can be resharpened easily. For full control when slicing, users can rely on the Fibrox® Pro handle's slip-resistant properties.
