Victorinox 5.6103.12 Description
Fitted with a Fibrox® Pro handle, the Victorinox - Swiss Army 5.6103.12 boning knife is slip resistant to reduce injury risks. Its straight blade has a stiff design to produce quick cuts of pork, beef, and other tough meats. With a 5-inch-long blade, it's designed to remove meat from the bone for eating.
