Would not buy again
Very cheaply made, but was cheaply priced as well. The knife has no weight. I feel I got what I paid for.
Perfect construction perfect function
Though I'm a home cook, I appreciate quality tools that do the job for which they are intended, and this knife does just that. It has a relatively thin blade that is just thick enough to maintain its structural integrity while allowing it to be sharpened to a fine edge -- sharp enough to cut sashimi. It holds an edge better than any other knife in my block or drawer.
