My favorite knife in the kitchen!

I was given this same knife 20 years ago by an uncle who was a restauranteur. It has been sharpened a few times over the years, but it is still as good as new. So, I buy another one from time to time to give as a gift. I absolutely will buy it again and will continue buying more types of knives in this same brand as they are extraordinary. I know they will last!!
