Delfield N8831 Description
With this drop-in hot food well unit you won't have to worry about your food getting cold or stale. This 1-piece unified design allows for consistent and continual warming. With the 1,000 heating watt elements, this hot food pan can maintain temperatures of both safe and comfortable levels. The drop-in hot food well is designed to hold 2 full size pans and has single tank electrical controls. Provided with an adaptor bar which allow for the placement of 12" x 20" pans, this drop-in hot food pan can be conveniently altered to suit your needs. A thermostat is wired to the control panel for mounting in the center or in a customizable remote location of your choosing.
