Delfield N8182-FA Description

This drop-in self-contained forced air refrigerated cold pan offer optimum temperature control and air circulation. Certified by both the California Energy Commission and Federal Efficiency Standards, these mechanically cooled pans keep circulation following both under and over the pans by use of forced air. Additionally, this refrigerated cold pan offers the ease of use with an OFF switch on the temperature control and an air curtain that can be removed with any tools. These cold pans maintain temperatures of 33 F to 41 F at 86 F. So, don't be left out in the cold, order yours today.
