The 4 pan size and slim design make it perfect for efficient and kitchens with limited space. The top piece is made of 20 gauge stainless steel and the interior liner is 22 gauge stainless steel for easy clean up and compatibility with any kitchen design. Don't worry about liquids left standing in the pans when this model features a stainless steel bracket that adjusts for pan flushing. To ensure your cold food stay crisp and fresh the sides and bottoms of this appliance are wrapped with refrigeration lines and insulated with high-density closed cell polyurethane. The temperature control unit features an on/off switch position to shut down the cold pan. Adapters and bars for this unit are optional for those who would like additional features.

This drop-in refrigeration unit is perfect for those businesses that make use of buffet style serving options or for those who simply need an efficient place to store cold food items.
