The top piece is made of 20 gauge stainless steel and the interior liner is 22 gauge stainless steel for easy clean up and compatibility with any kitchen design. Don't worry about liquids left standing in the pans when this model features a stainless steel bracket that adjusts for pan flushing. To ensure your cold food stay crisp and fresh the sides and bottoms of this appliance are wrapped with refrigeration lines and insulated with high-density closed cell polyurethane. The temperature control unit features an on/off switch position to shut down the cold pan. The 8 " cord is short and efficient enough to assure that no unnecessary cord is left as a safety hazard to customers and employers. Adapters and bars for this unit are optional for those who would like additional features.
