Delfield N8130B Drop-In Mechanically Cooled Pan, 2-Pan Size

With a two pan capacity and 20 gauge stainless steel top, this mechanically cooled drop in cold pan from Delfield will consistently meet any cooling needs that your business requires. Because of the quality construction of this drop in cold pan you can be sure that it will last your business for years to come. The interior liner is constructed of 22 gauge stainless steel and is creased to a 1" diameter drain. Product temperatures within the mechanically cooled drop in cold pan are kept as a consistently cool temperature range of 33 to 41 degrees. The sides and bottom are wrapped with refrigeration lines and insulated with high density closed cell polyurethane. The exterior housing is constructed of 22 gauge galvanized steel. The condensing init of this drop in cold pan is suspended below the cold pan on a 16 gauge steel frame. The temperature controls have an ON/OFF position to shut down the cold pan when not in use to reduce energy waste.
