Delfield EHEI36C Description
The Delfield EHEI36C hot food table comes with a fill faucet to facilitate water access. This faucet is shipped loose, so it needs installation when the table arrives. Its temperature is adjustable with infinite controls; to accommodate full-size food pans, the table comes with two hot food wells. At the top, the unit is fitted with an 8-inch polyethylene cutting board that offers plenty of room for employees to prepare food before serving it.
To hold plates of food when they're ready to be served, the Delfield EHEI36C food warmer has a stainless steel plate shelf. Overall, the unit is made of stainless steel to provide durability and resistance to rust and corrosion. The unit's back has a 3-inch rear riser that prevents messes from splattering on the walls. Positioned on casters, this unit can be moved through a catering hall or kitchen.
