Delfield D4464NP-12 64" Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Delfield D4464NP-12 sandwich/salad prep table (formerly Delfield D4464N-12) has a refrigerated base where toppings can be held and food can be prepped. With the help of R290 refrigerant, the high-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane keeps air in the unit cold. An air screen keeps products cold without drying them out. Products sit in four drawers, providing quick and convenient access. The ABS interior is durable and resists chips, dents, and corrosion. To add durability, the exterior top, front, and sides are constructed of stainless steel.

There is a 10-inch-wide cutting board to provide a place for prepping toppings and plating salads and sandwiches. It is antimicrobial and safe to clean in the dishwasher. ACT solid state controls make operating the table easy. Since the Delfield D4464NP-12 sandwich/prep table is a front breathing unit, it can be placed against walls, built into cabinets, or lined up with existing units. To facilitate cleaning, the unit is mounted on four 5-inch casters.
