The Delfield D4432N-12M Mega Top sandwich prep table (formerly Delfield D4432N-12M) holds 12 sixth-size, 4-inch deep pans in the top opening. With adapter bars, the pans stay in place. Holding temperatures are improved by the dual level pan brackets since they lower the pans an additional inch. To prevent product contamination, the pans are covered with a roll back lid. Product in the top is held at temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit.

The base has a top drawer can hold two 12-inch-20-inch pans with a 4- to 6-inch depth, while the bottom drawer accommodates two 12-inch-by-20-inch-by-4-inch pans. With an ABS liner in the drawers, they are easy to clean and resist chipping and denting. Constructed of stainless steel, the drawer frames and exterior are heavy duty for commercial applications. Recessed grip handles make it easy to access product.

Cold temperatures are produced by R290 refrigerant, and product stays cold without drying out thanks to an air screen. Moving the Delfield D4432N-12M Mega Top salad prep table is simple since it has four 5-inch casters. It can be placed against a wall or in a lineup since it has a front breathing design.
