Because this unit is front breathing, it can be placed up against a wall in the kitchen. Insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane, it ensures that products remain cold and energy costs are reduced.

The Delfield 4472NP-30M salad prep table comes with a top-mounted polyethylene cutting board for slicing meats, cheeses, and vegetables. Featuring one shelf apiece, the three sections in the cabinet store products while they’re not in use. These shelves are epoxy coated, which means they are durable and resistant to rust. To store ingredients for sandwiches, this unit comes with 30 sixth-size food pans.
