Delfield 4448N-18M Description

This 48" mega salad top refrigerator with 18 pans from Delfield is constructed of one piece 22 gauge stainless steel and has a 20 gauge stainless steel telescoping lid. 48" mega salad top refrigerator are perfect for delis, pizzerias, ice-cream parlors and so much more! Delfield manufactures all their 48" mega salad top refrigerators with the utmost care and quality, protecting your long term investment and giving you a unit that lasts for years and years.

The exterior back and bottom is designed using two-piece 24 gauge galvanized steel and the exterior ends are high quality stainless steel. The interior is thermoformed ABS plastic with shelf supports and the base is fully insulated with high-density foamed in place polyurethane.

The refrigeration system of this 48" mega salad top refrigerator uses a 1/2 HP compressor, rear mounted condenser coil and hot gas condensate evaporator, and interior rear mounted evaporator coils and temperature control. The refrigerant flow is controlled by a capillary tube which consistently maintains a cabinet temperature of 36 to 40 degrees. This mega salad top refrigerator is mounted with front locking castors for easy transportation should you need to clean around or rearrange your salad top refrigerator. For added temperature and food security the doors are constructed of 22 gauge stainless steel of which the interior liner is constructed with thermoformed ABS plastic.
