Delfield 4448NP-12 48" Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

Ideal for delis and cafeterias, the Delfield 4448NP-12 sandwich prep table's top comes with a polyethylene cutting board for slicing meats and cheese. This board is coated with an antimicrobial agent, which slows the growth of bacteria on its surface. For storing ingredients such as olives or banana peppers, this unit also includes 12 sixth-sized food pans. The interior of the cabinet has two storage shelves coated in epoxy to prevent corrosion.

The Delfield 4448NP-12 salad prep table uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to cool its cabinet, and because it is insulated with high-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane, cool air stays inside the cabinet for consistent product temperatures. This unit breathes from the front, enabling it to be installed right up against the wall. If maintenance is needed, the refrigeration system is rear mounted and accessible for servicing.
