The refrigeration system of this 12 pan mega salad top refrigerator uses a 1/2 HP compressor, rear mounted condenser coil and hot gas condensate evaporator, and interior rear mounted evaporator coils and temperature control. The refrigerant flow is controlled by a capillary tube which consistently maintains a cabinet temperature of 36 to 40 degrees F. This 12 pan mega salad top refrigerator is mounted with front locking castors for easy transportation should you need to clean around or rearrange your salad top refrigerator. For added temperature and food security the doors are constructed of 22 gauge stainless steel of which the interior liner is constructed with thermoformed ABS plastic.
