Delfield 4432NP-12M 32" Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Delfield 4432NP-12M Mega Top sandwich prep table (formerly the Delfield 4432N-12M) maintains temperatures in the top opening at 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. To keep the holding temperature cool, dual level brackets can be used to lower the pans 1 inch. The cabinet base maintains temperatures between 36 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit, making it perfect for storing other product. A wire shelf comes in the cabinet base and has an epoxy coating to resist corrosion. Foamed-in-place insulation retains the cold temperatures, and with the front breathing design, the unit can be placed against walls and other equipment.

Providing durability for heavy-duty use, most of the exterior is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Mounted on the front edge of the Delfield 4432NP-12M Mega Top salad prep table, a 32-inch-long-by-8-inch-wide cutting board provides additional prep space. It is made of polyethylene to withstand heavy use. Since it is treated with an antimicrobial agent, the cutting board slows the spreads of harmful bacteria. This unit's MPN was changed in 2019 from 4432N-12M to 4432NP-12M to reflect a transition to R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
