With its polyethylene construction, the Carlisle PC600N08 Cateraide™ insulated food carrier is resistant to scratches and stains, which means it maintains a neat appearance after repeated use. It resists heat as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and because the cabinet is insulated, heat won't escape during transfer. This unit is mounted on casters to facilitate transport, and the molded-in handles aid in maneuvering it through hallways and around corners.
