Carlisle PC140N01 Description
The Carlisle PC140N01 Cateraide™ food carrier is designed to transport hot or cold food in catering, banquet, and off-site service applications. This top-loading unit accommodates full-size or fractional pans up to 4 inches deep and holds approximately 12 quarts, supporting organized food transport. Its polyethylene construction is stain- and scratch-resistant, while extra-thick foam insulation helps maintain food temperatures. The automatic self-venting system releases steam buildup without requiring removable vent caps.
Built with molded-in handles, the Carlisle PC140N01 food carrier supports lifting and transport between service areas. Its stackable design helps conserve storage space, and the lift-off top provides access to stored pans. Heat resistance up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit supports use with a variety of hot foods, and the brown finish fits into back-of-house and service environments.
