Carlisle PC140N03 Description
Because it's made of polyethylene, the Carlisle PC140N03 Cateraide™ insulated food carrier is resistant to cracks and stains and can withstand temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit. It accommodates one full-size or multiple fractional sizes of hotel pans and has a total capacity of about 12 quarts. For ease of transportation, the container is stackable, a design that facilitates mobile catering needs. This container loads from the top and is insulated to preserve food quality.
A venting system built into the Carlisle PC140N03 Cateraide insulated food carrier automatically vents heat and pressure as it builds up, preserving the integrity of food. When it's time to transport the carrier, it has molded-in handles that provide a firm grip for the user and won't loosen with repeated use. It's black in color to obscure marks and spills.
