Carlisle CM110202 Description
Made of resilient ABS plastic, the Carlisle CM110202 Coldmaster® third-size food pan resists breaking or chipping from accidental impact. It's insulated with a refrigerant gel that enables the pan to hold a food-safe temperature below 40 degrees Fahrenheit for as long as 8 hours after being removed from the fridge. Because it can stay cold without electricity and ice, this pan makes an excellent choice for portable functions such as sporting events, temporary buffets, and outdoor parties.
