The Carlisle CM110102 Coldmaster® half-size food pan is insulated with a nontoxic refrigerant gel that maintains cold temperatures after being removed from the cooler. Once fully cooled, this pan can maintain a food-safe temperature below 40 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 hours. Great for temporary buffet setups and outdoor catered events, this pan stores and serves cold foods such as pasta salad, chicken salad, desserts, and cut fruit without the mess and inconvenience of ice.
