Carlisle 661108 Description
The Carlisle 661108 SixStar™ portable food bar is a mobile unit mounted on casters and can be used for catering, restaurants, and buffets. Its polyethylene construction is resistant to scratching and breaking, and polyurethane insulation both retains cold temperatures and strengthens the unit. In case of messes, operators can wipe the glossy finish clean with a cloth. Any water left from melted ice can be released using the drain plug.
This Carlisle 661108 mobile food bar can hold five full-size pans in its top. If salad or other cold items are being served, ice can be placed beneath the pans to chill them. On each side, an acrylic guard spans the length of the unit, protecting food from contamination without blocking customers' view. Extra plates, flatware, and other items can be stored in the enclosed base.
